Oak is an identity and access management platform built for the AI-agent era, when the number of non-human identities touching enterprise systems is exploding. Instead of periodic, manual access reviews, Oak runs a unified control plane that continuously maps granted access against actual usage and revokes unnecessary permissions automatically, triggered by risk rather than a calendar.
The company emerged from stealth in July 2026 with $60 million in seed funding led by Accel, CRV, and Greylock Partners, and says its product is already generally available with enterprise clients deployed. Oak is based in Israel, with plans to build out a majority U.S.-based team.
